Careers at BrandStarMark Alfieri is the Founder and CEO of BrandStar, where he leads the company’s vision to connect people with brands to do life better. He founded BrandStar in 2005 after more than a decade in the content marketing industry, pioneering a new approach to branded entertainment. Under his leadership, BrandStar has produced over 10,000 campaigns and original TV shows, partnering with clients from small businesses to Fortune 500 brands like Amazon, Walmart, and AT&T. Mark is passionate about servant leadership, community impact and serves on several nonprofit boards. He lives in South Florida with his wife and three daughters.
Israel Kreps is CEO of Kreps PR & Marketing, a BrandStar company, where he leads the agency’s efforts to build brand visibility through strategic, long-term communications. With over 30 years of experience across real estate, hospitality, healthcare, banking, and professional services, he is known for developing results-driven strategies and lasting client partnerships. He holds dual degrees in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami and remains deeply involved in the South Florida community. Israel serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, advises nonprofits, and mentors young people navigating life challenges. His leadership is grounded in strategic insight, relationship-building, and a commitment to elevating both brands and the communities they serve.
Nicole Oropesa is President of BrandStar Entertainment, where she leads the strategic vision, programming, and production of nationally televised, purpose-driven content. With over 25 years in the industry, she was part of the original launch team of The Balancing Act, BrandStar’s flagship series focused on helping women live their fullest lives. Nicole holds a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Rhode Island, a foundation that shaped her thoughtful, empathetic, and impact-driven leadership style. She brings courage, loyalty, and accountability to her work, leading with both heart and purpose. Nicole co-founded BrandStar Cares, the company’s social impact arm, and serves on the advisory board of Be Strong. Originally from New Jersey, she now lives in Delray Beach with her two beloved dogs and many godchildren.
Scott Moss is Executive Vice President of Programming and President of Integrated Partnerships at BrandStar, where he leads the integration of brand partners into award-winning television content. Since joining in 2007, he has played a key role in shaping the company’s entertainment strategy and deepening client relationships across platforms. Scott is the co-creator of the nationally recognized series Military Makeover and is known for his honest, transparent leadership style. He studied at Florida Atlantic University and brings nearly two decades of experience blending storytelling with brand alignment. Born in Miami and now based in Wellington, Florida, Scott is married with two daughters. He’s a lifelong car enthusiast and has been playing hockey since the age of nine.
Seth Rand is President of BrandStar Digital, where he leads digital strategy and innovation with a focus on building lasting client partnerships. A lifelong entrepreneur, Seth previously founded Rand Marketing and co-founded Wizard Digital, guiding businesses through growth with a results-first mindset. He studied Business Management and Marketing at Florida Atlantic University, where he discovered his passion for digital marketing and collaborating with fellow entrepreneurs. That path led him to serve on the Board of the South Florida Chapters of EO (Entrepreneurs' Organization) and the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Seth leads with what he calls the “ROARR mentality”, delivering results, providing outstanding service, and building strong, long-term relationships. Based in Parkland, Florida, Seth is a proud father of three and actively supports causes including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Jewish Federation, and JAFCO.
Ray Redmond is President of BrandStar Studios, where he leads studio operations, client relationships, and business strategy across all production efforts. With more than 40 years of global experience spanning eCommerce, television, packaging, and digital, Ray brings deep industry expertise and a hands-on approach to leadership. He earned his B.S. from Western Illinois University, where he developed a passion for critical thinking and lifelong learning. Ray’s leadership is grounded in trust, transparency, and tenacity, values that guide his work with teams and clients alike. Ray previously led production studios in London and now splits his time between Chicago and Hollywood, Florida. He’s a proud girl dad and golfer.
Sarah Soni is the Chief Financial Officer at BrandStar, where she leads the company’s financial strategy and operations. With a focus on value creation, mentorship, and strategic planning, she plays a key role in bridging vision to execution by leveraging both team and technology. Sarah holds a BBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and brings a collaborative approach to leadership. She is active in her local community, volunteering at Saint Andrew’s School in Boca Raton, where she now lives with her husband, daughter, and golden doodle.
Devon Vital is the Chief of Staff at BrandStar, where she partners directly with the executive Team to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and ensure cross-functional execution. Since joining in 2022, she has drawn on over a decade of operations experience to drive efficiency, foster collaboration, and support long-term growth. Devon holds a B.A. in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and is known for her ability to translate vision into actionable plans. She lives in Delray Beach with her husband and son, and enjoys cooking and exploring new travel destinations in her free time.
Jose Boza is the Chief Technology Officer at BrandStar, where he leads the company’s digital transformation and AI initiatives. With over 25 years of experience in enterprise IT, Jose focuses on aligning technology with business strategy through data-driven decisions and team collaboration. He holds a B.A. in Management Information Systems from Keiser University and believes strong leadership begins with purpose, clarity, and execution. Jose is passionate about building agile systems that deliver measurable results and smarter decisions. Originally from Miami, he now lives in Kingsville, Maryland, and brings the same precision to BBQ as he does to his tech stack.
Jared Koesten is the Chief Human Resources Officer at BrandStar, where he leads the company’s people strategy with a focus on balancing employee experience and the power of creative execution with the commerciality of business growth and evolution. With more than 25 years of HR and operational leadership including holding the role of Worldwide Chief Talent Officer at CreativeDrive and VP of Human Resources at Omnicom’s Zimmerman Advertising, he brings a passion for building cultures where people thrive, innovation flourishes, and teams perform at their best. Jared holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and a master's in human resources management and labor relations from the New York Institute of Technology. Based in South Florida, he’s a three-time Ironman triathlon finisher and actively supports causes including The Brain Aneurysm Foundation.
Sebastien Gaddini is Corporate Counsel at BrandStar, where he leads all legal matters related to contracts, M&A, and corporate governance. With over two decades of experience, he supports the company’s strategic growth by bringing clarity to complex transactions and ensuring compliance across the business. Sebastien earned his law degree from Temple University and has advised on major cross-border deals, including Intertrust’s $3B acquisition by CSC and Zellers’ $2B acquisition by Target. His leadership is grounded in collaboration, empathy, and pragmatism. Originally from Marseille, France, Sebastien spent part of his childhood in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. He’s a youth soccer coach and supports the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Matt Rutter is Vice President of Corporate Development at BrandStar, where he leads mergers and acquisitions strategy and post-deal integration. Since joining in 2021, he has played a key role in identifying growth opportunities, managing the full deal cycle, and aligning new businesses within BrandStar’s ecosystem to drive long-term value. Matt holds a degree from Hope College and brings a values-driven approach shaped by years of leadership experience, including founding a microfinance business in Eastern Europe and serving as CEO of a digital marketing firm. His leadership is guided by service, vision, and impact. Based in South Florida, Matt supports causes like Partners Worldwide, Compassion International, and local church initiatives. He also speaks Russian and Romanian, a nod to his eight years living abroad.
Michael Cox is President of Blue Ocean Press Holdings, a BrandStar company, where he leads strategic growth and oversees operations for both MyPhoto and Blue Ocean Press. With more than 30 years of experience, he is responsible for financial leadership, long-term planning, and business development across the organization. Michael earned his degree from the University of Southern California and is known for his collaborative approach and focus on innovation and customer experience. Prior to joining BrandStar, he held leadership roles at TransDigm. He splits his time between Los Angeles and Lighthouse Point, Florida, and is an avid golfer who values strong team culture both on and off the course.
Jill Schroeder is President of Trefoil, a BrandStar company, where she leads agency operations with a focus on performance, growth, and long-term client success. Since 2015, she has helped translate vision into results by guiding cross-functional teams and championing a culture of accountability and innovation. Jill studied Journalism at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, where she developed a passion for curiosity, thoughtful risk-taking, and continuous learning. Her leadership is rooted in integrity, empathy, and a drive for measurable impact. Originally from Milwaukee, Jill is a marathon runner and active supporter of the American Cancer Society, Ronald McDonald House, and Special Spaces. She is also a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Forbes Agency Council.
Meg Tiffany is Agency Director at Britton Marketing & Design Group, a BrandStar company, where she supports agency growth and creative strategy while apprenticing under founder Sue Britton. With a background in design and a passion for creativity, Meg blends strategy, collaboration, and curiosity to guide both great work and strong teams. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Indiana University Fort Wayne and leads with empathy, respect and a deep passion for mentorship and collaboration. Based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Meg is a former Ad Fed chapter president, a supporter of the National Parks Foundation, and a proud mom, reader, and nature lover.
