Mark Alfieri Founder & CEO BrandStar. Mark Alfieri has been in the content marketing and branded entertainment space since 1994. With over 25 years of experience producing and distributing over 10,000 national television advertising, branding, and marketing campaigns for some of the world’s largest companies, Mark is the passion, vision and pulse of BrandStar.
Doug is one of the Founding Partners of BrandStar and a 25-year veteran in the Branded Education and Content Marketing space. His concentration today as Chief Revenue Officer is to foster meaningful relationships and inspire divisional teams to grow revenue. Doug is also a co-founder of BrandStar Cares, a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative that supports local non-profits to positively impact people’s lives in the community.
Andrea leads the creative hub at BrandStar, both the Studio and Production teams and plays a critical role in scaling the business and mentoring the artists and creatives that she leads. Andrea has spent the last 14 years of her career at BrandStar and has a diverse level of experience in production. She has a passion for direct response and excels at combining the art of creative with the science of data to drive results.
Arash heads up Brandstar's new show development arm Catapult Productions. He is a voting member of the Television Academy and co-creator of Lifetime’s reality home improvement show Military Makeover with Montel. Before joining BrandStar Arash produced dozens of in-cabin entertainment programs for international cruise lines and worked in Los Angeles on several projects for major networks like Travel Channel, Oxygen and Nat Geo.
Brett leads the technology and innovation center playing a central role in strategically executing digital initiatives. Before BrandStar, he worked with global agency networks CP+B (MDC) and Sapient (Publicis) and collaborated with several Fortune 500 companies and brings that design-thinking excellence to BrandStar. As VP of Innovation + Technology, he oversees BrandStar Tech and iLab and products like BVX, BrandStream and BrandStar TV.
Brian is the EVP of Operations of BrandStar Entertainment Division that includes BrandStar's five national television programs. He has spent the last 15+ years in production and branded entertainment at BrandStar. Before joining BrandStar, Brian worked in the financial investment industry working with many of the Fortune 5000 companies and C-Level Executives, helping them bridge the gap with consumers education and brand insight.
Carl Moss MS LMHC is responsible for leadership development at BrandStar. He focuses on individual interpersonal relationship growth through self awareness and increasing the individuals emotional intelligence. The individual improves these skills, applying them to healthy communication. Next social awareness increases. This then influences the culture at BrandStar in a healthy way. This impacts the persons business acumen.
George serves as the company's strategic financial expert and is responsible for providing continuous leadership and guidance in all matters related to the financial operation of the business. As VP of Finance, he oversees both the Finance & Accounting functions, partnering with the executive leadership team to create, implement and execute on financial initiatives meant to stabilize and foster growth enterprise-wide.
Georgie Brown, VP & Managing Director, brings over 30 years of experience and a proven track record in leading brands, start-ups, and growth organizations to leverage the power of innovative branding, marketing, and digital strategies. Referred to as a "rainmaker" and a person who will “make things happen”, Georgie’s passion is to collaborate with entrepreneurs, brands, and individuals in executing transformative strategies and tactics.
Harold is Managing Partner for BrandStar Connect LLC, with experience in Contact Center Operations for over 40 years. He is a professional skilled in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Customer Acquisition, Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Retention, and Team Building. BrandStar Connect LLC ensures customer satisfaction with well-trained and motivated support teams.
With representation in South Florida and New York, Israel has more than 30 years of experience representing a broad array of local, regional and national clients. He is particularly sought after for his laser-focused approach to developing and maximizing personalized communications strategies, depending in client needs and goals. The firm's longevity with clients includes retention of their first-ever client from more than 30 years ago.
Jack is the EVP of Sales Operations of the BrandStar Entertainment division producing five national television shows. Jack has been producing television shows for many years and has been instrumental in the success and growth of BrandStar. Before BrandStar, he worked in other television production companies bringing brands to life. His expertise in television production, engaging audiences, continues to innovate with new show properties.
Justin is currently serving as VP of Local Programming, one of the fastest growing divisions within the BrandStar portfolio. His focus is to positively impact communities throughought the country with the Local versions of our long-standing TV programs. Justin brings innovative and strategic thinking to the organization with a keen eye as an Executive Producer, building associations and partnerships with countless businesses nationwide.
Jolene assists CEO Mark Alfieri. Before BrandStar she worked as an Executive Assistant and held an excellent track record of strong working relationships with the executive team, finance, HR, marketing, sales and facilities management. Jolene's extensive background with over twenty plus years in both the corporate and private equity world enables her to communicate easily and effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
Kelly is a successful media professional and business leader with over 30 years of experience leading cross-functional brand/marketing teams; Launching new products to the marketplace; Managing key account relationships and large-scale projects. Before joining BrandStar and leading the Beacon and Baliza agencies she was a leader in top agencies and key client side organizations.
Nicole is EVP of Marketing and Business Development for BrandStar's Entertainment division with brand oversight on our national, original show properties. As a part of The Balancing Act launch team 20 years ago, she has been a driving force in the branded entertainment industry, working with hundreds of brands, non-profits, industry experts to connect them with our audience through our shows. Nicole serves as co-founder of BrandStar Cares our company’s citizenship and community engagement arm.
Patricia has served as General Counsel for BrandStar for 21 years. Patricia provides legal guidance in employment and transactional issues helping to maintain and ensure corporate compliance with the ever-changing laws. Before BrandStar, she worked with a Miami research and development company focusing on Patent and Trademark law.
As an award winning producer Ron leads programming and strategic partnerships with over 25 years in the industry. He has been instrumental in new show development and financing of content development for both TV and Film while successfully creating & produced 1000's of TV campaigns on ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX & National cable for numerous fortune 500 companies.
As President of BrandStar Entertainment, Scott leads Programming I which consists of BrandStar's award winning original series, The Balancing Act with Montel Williams, Designing Spaces, Access Health, Inside the Blueprint and Military Makeover with Montel and has been with BrandStar going on 15 years. Prior to joning BrandStar, Scott spent time working in the NHL as well as in the wireless industry with AT&T, Cingular and T-Mobile.
As CEO of Paton Marketing, Todd Paton demonstrates energy and creativity in developing some of the most effective online marketing initiatives for companies seeking higher visibility. Todd volunteers for the Boys and Girls Club of Broward County, Urban League of Broward Country and recently, Todd has dedicated his time to Honor Flight of South Florida, helping WW2 Veterans.
